In case you aren’t familiar with us, we do all of our marketing through our website and email. That means we don’t do telemarketing and we don’t have on-campus reps who make sales calls. In other words, our books and instructor’s materials have to sell themselves. And we’re proud to say that they do.
After you receive a review copy, we usually follow up via email, just to make sure you got the book and to see whether you have any questions. We also follow up from time to time to tell you if anything has changed and to see whether you have any questions or comments. And of course, we let you know about new books that we think you might want to consider for adoption.
Finally, if you ever have any questions or requests, please contact us. We are a small company and will do our best to accommodate you (especially if it means an adoption!).
